The University now has 503 full time teaching staff, of which 174 have Professorship, accounting for 34.6% of the total.  261 teachers have degrees higher than Masters level, totaling 51.9% of the faculty. The average age of the faculty is 37.2, among which 431 young teachers are below the age of 45 with 56.4% of them possessing a Masters degree and/or Doctorate, and 25.8% of them having a Professorship.   

　　The University gives high priority to employing talented individuals from prestigious universities or research institutions at home and abroad, and, at the same time, it actively sends teachers to other universities for degree programs or for advanced studies. Currently, 94.8% of faculty have their diplomas from external institutions of higher learning from different parts of the country.
