Huizhou University Holds the Face-to-face and Open Day for Teachers and 

Students of the Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Program between 

Huizhou University and the University of North Alabama

In order to further promote the Sino-foreign cooperative school-running projects 

of our university, strengthening exchanges and mutual learning with foreign 

high-quality education resources, and enhancing the visibility and influence of 

Sino-foreign cooperative education projects. On the morning of the June 24th, 

HZUs and the University of North Alabama jointly held the  Face-to-face and Open 

Day for Teachers and Students of the Chinese-Foreign Cooperative Education Program 

between Huizhou University and the University of North Alabama . Vice President 

Wei Xiaohui, Vice President Hu Po of the University of North Alabama, 

Dean Ryan Zayac of the College of Arts, Science and Engineering and relevant 

faculty and studnets participated in this activity.

At the event, Wei Xiaohui expressed warm welcome and sincere greetings to all audience. 

She introduced the school-running philosophy, school-running orientation, subject and 

specialty setting, talent training advantages, and internationalization of the university. 

The University will uphold the philosophy of internaitnoalization, attach importance 

to promoting foreign exchanges and cooperation as always, make every effort to successfully 

run the Sino-foreign cooperative school-running project between our University and the 

University of North Alabama, promote the high-quality development of the school's 

international school-running, and serve and help the construction and development of 

the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International education 

Demonstration Zone.

On behalf of the University of North Alabama, Hu Po expressed gratitude for being 

invited to participate in the event. He introduced the University of North Alabama's founding 

history, school tradition, professional layout, teaching advantages and other basic information, 

and explained in detail the characteristics of international education, international 

students' education, international students' academic career development and other situations 

in the form of cases. It said that Huizhou University is one of the most important partners of 

the University of North Alabama in China, and will make the early childhood education major 

jointly organized by the two sides into a Sino-foreign cooperative education project with 

demonstration effect by integrating the superior resources and jointly improve the level 

of international education.

The atmosphere at the event was warm. Students, parents and candidates actively asked 

questions about the curriculum, graduation requirements, English improvement, 

professional learning, overseas study, postgraduate study and other questions, and relevant 

leaders and teachers of the two schools gave detailed and professional answers.
