Huizhou University Holds 2026 Spring Job Fair for Graduates

To implement the decisions and arrangements of the Central Committee of CPC, 

the State Council and the Department of Education of Guangdong Province on 

employment for college graduates, steadily advance the Action Plan for Attracting 

One Million Talents to Southern Guangdong, seize the critical period of spring 

employment promotion, and build an accurate and efficient two-way selection 

platform between employers and graduates, Huizhou University, in conjunction 

with the Huizhou Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, held 

the 2026 Spring Job Fair for Graduates in front of the Glorious Sun Technology 

Building on the morning of March 21.

 


Vice President Wei Xiaohui attended the job fair to guide the work. She emphasized 

that the current period is crucial for the employment of 2026 graduates. The whole 

university must deeply understand the urgency of securing graduate employment, seize 

the key window of spring recruitment, and fully promote the effective implementation 

of various employment measures. She pointed out that it is necessary to further 

strengthen coordination and linkage with local governments and industrial parks, 

promote the in-depth alignment of talent cultivation with the industrial 

development needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and guide

graduates toconsciously integrate into the national strategic layout. She urged relevant

functional departments and all secondary colleges to take the initiative to follow up 

with participating enterprises, continuously deepen the results of the Enterprise Visits 

and Job Expansion Campaign, shift school-enterprise cooperation from job quantity

expansion to quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and effectively expand 

broader and higher-quality employment space for graduates.



More than one thousand graduates walked among various enterprise booths, carefully 

reading recruitment brochures, taking the initiative to communicate with employers, 

and learning in detail about job responsibilities, development prospects, salary and 

benefits, showing a positive job-seeking attitude and good mental outlook.

 


I submitted 5 resumes at the job fair today. Before attending this fair, I had interned for

more than half a year in a software development position at a company in Sandun 

Town. I think practice and internships are really helpful for employment, and I hope 

younger students must attach importance to internship experience, said Deng, a 

student from the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering.

 

A recruitment representative from Guangdong Julong Technology Co., Ltd. noted: We

have recruited nearly 100 graduates from Huizhou University in the past five years. 

Based on our recognition of the comprehensive quality of Huizhou University graduates

and the sound foundation of long-term cooperation, our company once again brings 

high-quality positions such as management trainees and software development 

engineers to the fair, expecting to attract more outstanding students from Huizhou 

University to join us.

 


To enhance graduates’ job-seeking competitiveness, the job fair specially set up a 

Human + AI Employment Empowerment Zone. On-site, senior human resource experts 

were invited to provide employment guidance and career planning consultation for 

graduates. Meanwhile, intelligent equipment including AI resume machines, AI 

interview machines and AI career machines were introduced to help students quickly 

generate personalized resume diagnosis reports, experience real interview scenarios

immersively and receive instant feedback. In addition, zones for resume diagnosis and 

military enlistment consultation were also set up to provide diversified employment 

support for graduates.

 


It is reported that the job fair attracted 160 enterprises, offering 3,563 jobs covering 

electronic communication, intelligent manufacturing, information technology, financial 

services and other fields. Among them, there are 8 Fortune Global 500 enterprises, 7 

China Top 500 enterprises, 13 China Top 500 Private Enterprises and 35 listed 

companies. Well-known enterprises including China Resources Group, Julong 

Technology, Tianbao Precision, Tuosida Technology, Bailinghong and Liyuanheng came 

to recruit talents, which were warmly welcomed by graduates.

 

This job fair has built an accurate docking platform for 2026 graduates and high-quality enterprises, and further deepened school-enterprise cooperation. The university will 

continue to advance the Enterprise Visits and Job Expansion Campaign, optimize 

employment guidance services, expand market-oriented and socialized employment 

channels, and fully promote higher-quality and fuller employment for graduates.
